They will then support you to access appropriate opportunities for support.
This may include enrolment on Recovery College courses, advice on volunteering opportunities or employment support Pathways advisors can also make referrals to a range of different partner organisations.

The benefits of work on physical and mental health are well documented. It can promote recovery, lead to better health outcomes and improve quality of life.

It is with regret that the decision has been made to temporarily close all Life Rooms sites. We politely request that you follow all Public Health England advice, and remain at home at this time. The Life Rooms is now offering a telephone and email support service. The service is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are available to chat and to offer signposting advice to help you in areas such as housing, finances, employment, mental and physical wellbeing.This service is being delivered by The Life Rooms Pathways Advisors and The Life Rooms Social Inclusion Team. The Social Inclusion Team are able to offer support in a number of languages.
