Support for you
We realise that when you’re facing challenges, it is crucial to have somewhere where you feel welcome and valued; somewhere that shows you that you matter.
At the Life Rooms we recognise that people may often need a holistic approach to
getting ready for work that might involve input from a variety of partners.
Getting you ready for work
The benefits of work on physical and mental health are well documented. It can promote recovery, lead to better health outcomes and improve quality of life.
It is with regret that the decision has been made to temporarily close all Life Rooms sites. We politely request that you follow all Public Health England advice, and remain at home at this time. The Life Rooms is now offering a telephone and email support service. The service is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are available to chat and to offer signposting advice to help you in areas such as housing, finances, employment, mental and physical wellbeing. This service is being delivered by The Life Rooms Pathways Advisors and The Life Rooms Social Inclusion Team.
